Job Overview

Contracts Advisor in the Digital and Information Technology organization within Saudi Aramco. The role requires conducting contract procurement activities starting from gathering user requirements up to negotiating and signing the contract including contract writing and dealing with various stakeholders in the company. The types of contracts are mainly IT contracts with services, projects and software agreement, however the role may require managing different types of contracts depending on business needs.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Contracts review and contracts writing.
- Engaging with technical teams to gather Scope of Work requirements and translate them into contracts.
- Developing procurement plans and strategies for services contracts.
- Handling all types of services contracts (maintenance, operations, projects) in addition to software and cloud computing agreements.
- Negotiating deals with local and multinational companies.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

A.Bsc or MS in Business, IT or Law
B.15 years in procurement and services contracts, experience in contracts as a sales function may be considered. 10 years' experience may be considered subject to review. Experience in materials procurement is not applicable.
