Employment: Full Time

Role Summary:
Lead Engineer - Customer Project Engineering

Essential Responsibilities:

- Take complete ownership of technical activities for assigned projects (Engineering, Design, Ordering Material, Support Panels Integration).
- Analyze customer requirements & specifications to propose innovative solutions including architecture proposal, manufacturing & site support.
- Generate Purchase Requests for Materials required under the project with technical description.
- Participate with Project manager in customer, end user, contractor and internal meetings
- Total adherence to engineering process, participate to periodic project & gate reviews, make project planning, ensure monitoring and control for the project duration. Including the EHS aspect at various stages.
- Participate in marketing and product presentations and use relevant tools from Central team.
- Manage project document flow and MDs utilization.
- Support in template file generation as per SEED format for project utilization.
- Process implementation and follow up for standardization.
- Ensure timely delivery of submissions as per project schedule
- Coordination with the integration team at Factory to ensure smooth operation of integration activity with relation to materials and documentation.
- Coordination with the FAT Testing teams to ensure completion of test reports and efficient closure of FAT comments.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

- BSC Degree in Electronic & Communication Engineering and/or equivalent experience
- Major: Telecommunication and/or equivalent experience
- Major experience in Networks & Communication Systems (DWDM, SDH/PDH, IP/MPLS based equipment, Routers/Switches, Telephony, PLC - Power Line Carrier & Teleprotection sytems).
- Exposure in telecommunication networks for electricity transmission and distribution for data and teleprotection services.
- Knowledge of SCADA/RTUs.
- Technical leadership, communication and presentation skills.
- Very good Knowledge and experience in MS-Office programs.
- Good knowledge of CAD softwares such as AutoCAD and MS VISIO.
- Good knowledge of SEC telecom network and standards
- Familiar with SEC Contracts, PTS/SOW.
