Employment: Full Time

Role Summary:
Responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for Grid Solutions business, Seasoned and experience level professional positions requiring subject matter knowledge and good analytical skills; more independence in problem solving; decision making and good knowledge of working with SAP, Essbase and HFM

Essential Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the business cycle; Monthly reporting, Operating Plan and forecasts mapped and aligned with multiple level of organization. Define KPIs to measure the performance in all areas of the organization. Help partner with business stakeholders to evolve FP&A functions across various business segments. Analyze the performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed. In-depth understanding of concepts and principles in the Finance function; may be responsible for handling day-to-day resource management and allocation of work to FP&A and Global Ops teams members within the unit and to associated Shared Services teams member located outside country. Focus on department priorities within operating unit and may be responsible for work and development of others. Managing Monthly & Quarterly reporting using ERP and other reporting tools with a pre-requisite of strong expertise in SAP; HFM and essbase. Should be able to analyse and propose Tax provision entries by working in coordination with Controllership colleagues. Handling loans and interest pacing by reviewing existing cash sweep balance inline with cash sweep agreements. Managing Forex related matters involving hedging; its related rollovers requests/impacts; and re-measurements impacts of on/off balance sheet elements; should assist in STAT/TAX/CAS audits and group reporting requirements with Internal/external auditors/authorities. To act as main interface between FP&A and other business functions including but not limited to HR for OHR reporting.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:
Master's degree from an accredited university or college with at least 10 years of experience in Finance. Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in FP&A Operations & related functions.
