Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Based in Saudi Arabia (Camp Accommodation) Single Status
Salary: 20,000 SAR - 22,000 SAR (per month) + Medical Insurance + 1 Flight Ticket (Per annum)

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain man-hour budget, manpower requirements and project schedules based on project scope and procedure.
- Establish drawing and design package requirements, project procedures, insofar as possible, continuity within all disciplines
- Assigns work to Instrumentation & Controls personnel ensuring the best utilization of their knowledge and capabilities.
- Maintains coordination and cooperation between all Instrumentation & Controls personnel under his supervision by working with the Instrumentation & Controls Department Manager to resolve discipline, personality conflicts, poor work habits, etc
- Coordinates and cooperates with the Lead Designer, with Lead Engineers of other disciplines, and with the Project Engineer or Manager to ensure the smooth flow of vital information necessary for the scheduled completion of the design effort.
- Informs the Instrumentation & Controls Department Manager and Project Manager to the time at which he (the Lead Engineer) is planning to take vacation leave so that a substitute may be assigned for that period.

Requirements

- 12 year's engineering experience in the oil and gas industry
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical/Instrument)
- Middle East Experience preferable
- Strong communication skills
