Learning and Organisational Development Manager

Our client is in need for a Learning and Organisational Development Manager to create, execute and continually manage the learning, leadership and organisational development programs.

The Learning and Organisation Development Manager will be accountable for:
- Working with the business to understand the requirements and design a holistic fit for purpose learning and organisation development program across the entire business
- Providing a variety of learning methodologies, utilising the most cost-effective training methods, media and technology available
- Designing new and develop existing programs of blended learning for all levels and functions to gain maximum employee engagement and productivity
- Ensuring that training and development activities are tailored to the needs of the business and provide a value-added contribution to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation
- Participating in organisational development, personnel policy development and interpretation, human resource planning, employee counselling and development
- Identifying appropriate professional certification programs for departments and individual roles as part of career development mapping
- Implementing a career development framework in conjunction with the job-profiling project

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration or related fields
- More than 7 years of strong experience within an organisation / learning and development role with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Candidates from FMCG, pharmaceuticals and medical diagnostics preferred
