Learning & Development Director for a leading diversified conglomerate Headquartered in Riyadh.
Our client is a leading diversified conglomerate operating in various industries, based in Riyadh. This is a very challenging opportunity for a passionate individual, with a potential career prospects within a successful, fast paced business environment. The role would involve running a training academy, leading the team and establishing strong platform for organisational development.
Requirements
You must be:
- Saudi/non-Saudi national or native English Speaker
You must have:
- Min 8+ years of experience in the same role
- Strong Training background
- Strong Managerial background
- CIPD or equivalent qualification would be an advantage
