Job description / Role
An opportunity to work in a large, leading business in the Eastern province of Saudi Arabia responsible for design and delivery of learning & development programs for the business.
Description:
- Design, develop and implement learning programs ensuring they align with business vision and culture
- Research and engage with training facilitators and experts
- Constantly update knowledge on learning techniques and training models
- Develop training collateral
- Gather learning & development feedback and work on process improvements
- Partner with HR and senior leaders on learning & development initiatives and ideas

Requirements
- Candidates must have Learning & Development experience and ideally have UK work experience and best practice.
- Degree educated in a HR or Business related subject
- At least 5 years experience in design and delivery of training programs
- Demonstrable experience in technical writing for training materials
- Understanding of project management
