Lease Admin Supervisor

Job description / Role

Purpose: To support provided to Lease admn manager.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support provides to Lease admn manager.
- Preparation of monthly DR report.
- Checking of lease agreements and addendums.
- Preparation of monthly lease invoicing relating to big and small fleet customers.
- Creation of VSB, providing initial information of VSB related to information to Lease admn assistants.
- Documentation of leased vehicles. (ownership, physical, spare keys, delivery tickets, agreements)
- Preparation of report relating to renewals of registrations and new registrations.
- Documentation of credit documents.
- Preparation of Leased used cars sales agreement
- Coordinating with used car customers to complete the required documents and transfer of owner ship.
- Reconciliation of used car invoicing with the depositing account used for receipts of payments.

Requirements

- ICMA/ M-com/ MBA or equivalent qualification with working experience.

Skills:
- Complete finance and accounting awareness.
- Knowledge of each application of leasing software.
