We have a requirement for Legal Advisor.

Location: Jeddah, KSA
Sector: Facilities Management/Hospitality/Construction

Our client is leading service provider in the Kingdom, operating across multiple sectors including; facilities management, hospitality and catering, and they are seeking for a Legal Advisor, Projects to based in Jeddah, KSA. The ideal candidate must have experience in mega projects in construction or similar industry.

Requirements

Requirements/Experience/Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Law
- At least 4 years' of legal practice experience
- Preferably with experience in mega projects in construction or similar industry
- Experience in Contract Drafting and Negotiation
- Legal Research and Analysis
- Regulatory Compliance
- Due diligence and Risk Management
- Dispute Resolution
- Stakeholder Management
