Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Conduct research and provide advice on various legal matters, including government procedures.
- Manage the internal and external legal resources.
- Provide the necessary legal input and support on various transactional and dispute resolution related matters
- Assist in drafting different types of contracts, including employment, general corporate arrangements, M&A, etc.
- Advise the company on legal compliance matters (including with respect to company's policies, procedures, resolutions, public communications, etc.) and manage communications with counterparties and government entities (including in relation to government contracts and tenders).
- Ensure proper filing and coding of legal documents.
- Manage the drafting and filing of Board and shareholders' resolutions.

Requirements

- Bachelor degree in law or related field.
- Knowledge of local government legislation and other legislation affecting labor market.
- Knowledge of government, ministerial policies and determinations.
- An understanding and commitment to equal employment opportunity, occupational health and safety, ethical practices and the principles of cultural diversity.
- Knowledge of contracting
