Legal & Contracts Manager - Riyadh
An exciting opportunity to join a start up business in Riyadh that are associated with a well known family organisation. This will be part of a global project.
Client Details:
A new start up business linked to a well known family organisation in KSA.
Description:
* Reviewing, negotiating and drafting a wide variety of contract documents, consultancy agreements, client collateral warranties and confidentiality agreements
* Developing and drafting standard commercial terms and conditions, policies, procedures and guidance notes for the Commercial and Human Resources Departments
* Consultation on risk management, commercial, cost and legal requirements in contracts.
* Preparing project contractual claims, including for extension of time, variations and termination and participating in meetings with clients for resolution of contractual disputes
* Acquiring sound knowledge and understanding of local law and case studies to support contract negotiations and claims
* Preparing and issuing contractual notices
* Supporting all legal matters for the start up of the business, providing legal advice and all contractual support
Job Offer:

Requirements
* Sound knowledge of the KSA and Middle East laws
* 8 years contractual experience in a business services environment. Manufacturing exposure would be beneficial
* Bachelors Law degree
* Demonstrate ability to negotiate and influence on key decisions
* Comfortable working in a start up environment and building processes from scratch
* Must have KSA experience and be living or willing to live in Riyadh
