Employment: Full Time

As Legal Director, you are responsible for the creation, negotiation, and review of contracts. Your responsibilities include adeptly managing dispute resolution, implementing proactive risk-mitigation policies, aligning strategic legal approaches with overarching business objectives. Overseeing the detail aspects of construction, real estate and commercial contracts and due diligence for potential developments and ventures.

Description

* Lead the drafting, negotiation, and review of contracts, agreements, and legal documents to align with organisational objectives.
* Oversee the resolution of legal disputes related to real estate and construction matters, liaising with external legal counsel when necessary.
* Ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to the business to protect the company's needs.
* Take charge of efforts in dispute resolution, collaborating seamlessly with external legal counsel when necessary.
* Managing and mitigating legal risks by designing and implementing company policies and procedures to support the Company's needs and protect it's interest.
* Play a pivotal role in the overall development and growth of the organisation, aligning legal strategies with business objectives
* Effectively communicate legal matters and strategies to internal and external stakeholders, fostering transparency and trust.
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts and agreements to support the business in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Company
* Conduct legal due diligence on potential business ventures, acquisitions, or partnerships to safeguard the organisation's interests.

Requirements

* Saudi national with a minimum of 10+ years PQE
* Must have real estate or construction experience, preferably having previously worked with or in a giga development project
* In-depth knowledge with FIDIC contracts
* Expertise in drafting and negotiating leasing contracts
* Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English
