Job description / Role
- Drafting, reviewing, & updating various Legal Insurance Documents/Agreements
- Preparing briefs, complaints, motions and other court documents.
- General Commercial practice mainly in corporate laws and contracts.
- Research and analyze laws, regulations, policies, and precedent decisions to prepare for hearings and to determine conclusions.
- Prepare statement of claim and defense and the memoranda related thereto and represent clients before court, arbitral panel and disputes resolution authorities.
Requirements
- Min B.S degree in Law.
- Min 10 years of Law experience with Insurance’s background.
- Perfect English language in writing and speaking.
- Interested in literature and capable of preparing the literature is crispy language for cases.
- Arabic speaker.
- Sound legal reasoning, thoroughness, and very good legal writing skills
- Team worker, efficient, good communicator, flexible and adaptable.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Critical Thinking — using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
