Employment: Full Time

Gulf Marketing Group are looking for a Health and Safety Executive who will sit within our Loss Prevention Team.

The main duties and responsibilities of this position are:
- H&S Risk Assessment: To complete agreed number of H&S risk assessment across the business per calendar year.
- H&S Training: To work closely with LP H&S Manager and training department and to conduct specific training sessions/workshops.
- H&S Notice Boards: Responsible for maintaining up to date H&S notice boards at Store, HO and Logistics locations by providing necessary required materials such as posters, informational documents, evacuation plans and incident/accident reporting policies.
- Frequent Store/Warehouse visits: To visit stores and warehouses outside the risk assessment agreed list to complete basic H&S checklist, provide store management with action plan and complete follow up visits to check non-compliance.
- Market and Ministry regulations research: To support H&S manager with thorough market and current/new ministry regulations as well as guidelines to ensure up to date communication.
- Data Base: To create and maintain up to date data base for all tasks and visits completed as well as providing the H&S manager and Operation team with common failure modules to minimize risk.

Reporting to: Loss Prevention Health and Safety Manager

Requirements

- Previous experience in a Loss Prevention position, preferably within Health and Safety
- Generic/local market qualifications/certificates on H&S and FS
- Local knowledge of Saudi requirements
