The Maintenance Controller/Repairer Inspector will be a member of the AH-64E Maintenance Augmentation Team (MAT) in support of the Royal Saudi Land Forces Aviation Command (RSLFAC) customer as the Saudi AH-64D/E MAT Attack Helicopter Technical Inspector.

The Maintenance Controller/Repairer Inspector is fully qualified and current in Aviation Intermediate Maintenance and Aviation Unit Maintenance (AVIM/AVUM) scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks to support the fleet.

Your key responsibilities will be:
- The MAT will receive transported aircraft and commence maintenance support, augment RSLFAC personnel in accomplishing AVIM/AVUM sustainment maintenance tasks, and provide supplemental on-the-job training to customer personnel to augment formal classroom training.

- Develops and maintains aircraft maintenance schedules.
- Coordinates and monitors materials tools aircraft components and support equipment requisitioning receipt and allocation.
- Documents and dispositions aircraft components and support equipment maintenance data.
- Develops solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation. Ensures solutions are consistent with organization objectives.
- Effects of decisions are long lasting and heavily influence the future course of the organization.
- Errors in judgment or failure to achieve results may result in the significant expenditure of company resources.
- Performs work with minimal direction and exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment.
- Regularly contributes to the development of new job practices, techniques, and standards.
- Recognized as a job expert within the department/organization.
- Serves as subject matter expert to management and special external spokesperson for the organization on major matters pertaining to its policies, plans, and objectives.

Requirements

- Are you willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia?
- Do you have ten (10) years cumulative experience in a related field of aviation maintenance?
- Do you have five (5) years experience in Quality Control aviation maintenance?

This requisition is for an international, locally hired position. Pay and benefites are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S.-based payroll. Relocation benefits are available. Successful candidates must be Saudi nationals or be able to obtain and maintain legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia for continued employment.

The company will support the employee and administer the immigration process, but the candidate is ultimately responsible to obtain legal authorization as such authorization is determined by Saudi Arabia based on the applicant's education and personal background.
