Job description / Role
Our client, a facilities management main contractor requires a Maintenance Planning Superintendent to join on a permanent residential basis in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
The main purpose of this position is to provide leadership and guidance to a team of Maintenance Planners on a large commercial facility operation. Our client has 2700 maintenance and janitorial staff at site including mechanical and electrical disciplines.
The key responsibilities are for manpower orientation, placement, development, evaluation and recommendation. You will undertake administrative work including statistical analysis, MMS & quality system implementations, and coordination with other services using the Maximo MMS, but experience with Oracle or SAP would be acceptable.
Salary:
SAR
27,000 to 32,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Suitable candidates will have a bachelor of engineering in related field with a minimum 12 years hands on experience in maintenance in a relevant facility, preferably within the region with a minimum of 4 years supervisory experience.
On offer is a 2 Year contract renewable (in line with the Saudi Iqama renewal process) 48 hour week / 6 days week Basic Salary: 18000-22000 SAR per month Accommodation allowance 25% of basic Transport Allowance 10% of basic Hotel Accommodation for first month to orientate yourself Medical insurance provided Family status available
