Job description / Role
Responsible for the repair and maintenance of all facilities in the Gold’s Gym.
Under the direction of Maintenance Supervisor, has to perform all the repairs and regular maintenance of facilities in the Gold’s Gym. However, in the exigency of the service, he may be called in Gold’s Gym Female Branches as (standby or back-up) maintenance support in case of shortage in this facility.
- Repairs physical structures and utility systems of buildings and maintaining grounds.
- Painting and performing structural repairs to masonry, woodwork.
- Furnishings of buildings.
- Repairing building utility systems, such as electrical wiring and controls, heating and ventilating systems.
- May perform ground maintenance activities, such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, removing weeds, and raking and disposing of leaves and refuse.
- Installing, servicing, and repairing mechanical equipment.
- Performs other duties as described under Supervisor (any industry) Master Title.
Requirements
- TESDA Certification in Maintenance Technician.
- 2-5 years experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
