Job description / Role
- PMP (Project Management Professional) & SCJP Certified Technical Program Manager offering 14 plus years of demonstrated career in setting up and heading Telecom &IT Projects & Programs.
- A keen planner, strategist and implementer with demonstrated success in end-to-end program management and ensuring effective management of various resources to meet the technical specifications.
- Having rich domain expertise in telecom (telecom call flows, etc.) and VoIP product development.
- Expertise in mapping requirements of users / clients as well as the different Stakeholders, Partners, Service Providers, Third Party Vendors, Business Units, functioning as single point of contact for delivery; assisting in developing, transitioning, and customizing process, offering solutions in line with guidelines specified by the client.
- Insightful knowledge of program analysis and design, re-engineering, process rationalization, cost control, capacity planning, performance measurement and quality.
- Successful track record in managing the application development using J2EE and Multiple Databases and COTS like BSCS, Kenan, Comptel Mediation, Tallyman, FMS, Telcordia IN etc.
- Significant experience working with customers, project managers and technical teams for securing & executing concurrent projects.
- Strong problem solving & technical skills coupled with confident decision making for enabling effective solutions leading to high customer satisfaction and low operational costs.
