Job description / Role
- Promote Company product to achieve set and agreed personal and team target.
- Establish, build and maintain the relationship with clients / brokers.
- Understand the PMI (Private Medical Insurance) market dynamics and competition trends and present the yearly plan accordingly.
- Explore new sales areas and ways to achieve target.
- Prepare, explain and collect signed contracts from the new clients.
- Introduce new clients to Company Online services and collect the signed Web-Agreement or introduce the membership convenient channel.
- Collect First payment and educate clients about Company credit control policy.
- Responsible to solve client’s issues resulting from any function in the organization.
Requirements
- Ideally degree educated from a recognized University.
- Sales and Negotiation courses.
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic.
- Must have Excellent self-management, motivational, negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Minimum 3 years field experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of sales experience.
