Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Monitor and manage daily corporate cash aggregation.
- Complete short-term borrowing and short term investing.
- Control cash balances and movement of funds from concentration accounts and other cash pools to where they are needed.
- Report cash operation activities daily to management.
- Approve cash position daily.
- Ensures the organization has enough cash liquidity to achieve its business objectives.
- Manage cash management bank relationships.
- Recommend way forward on how to best utilize cash surplus.
- Develop and implement cash management operational strategies to optimize bank services, assure best practices and optimize pricing.
- Manage compensation for banking services including conducting analytical reviews and cost benefit analysis of banking services.
- Manage credit card processor relationships, and processing and settlement structures.
- Daily, forecast cash activity and balances for the current reporting period using a complex Microsoft Excel forecasting mode.
- Lead and coordinate Treasurer’s role in developing the Company’s Resolution Plan.
- Design and implement best in class risk management systems and processes.
- Develop financial models and reporting tools for analysis and decision making purposes.
- Formulate suggestions to address complicated financial risk scenarios and situations
- Monitor and comply with regulatory reporting requirements.
- Monitor compliance with Company policies and best practice.
- Manage other insurance-related functions such as claims, policy audits, due diligence reviews, surety bonds, payment of premiums.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, or related field required.
- Six years of cash management experience.

Knowledge:
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio
- Solid understanding of cash and bank systems.
- Knowledge of capital and liquidity management desirable.

Ability:
- Ability to read, speak and write in the English & Arabic languages in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to perform and manage the daily entry of the company's operating account activity within the accounting system
