Job description / Role

KNOWLEDGE
- Profound knowledge and understanding of occupational health and safety in activities similar to our activities (construction/ workshops, office, ports)
- National legislation for occupational health and safety, relevant to our activities
- International standards and practices on occupational health and safety
OTHER SKILLS
- Excellent leadership and exemplary function for Safety;
- Profound management skills;
- Ability to compile data and prepare statistics reports;
- Good communication and conflict management skills;
- Project management knowledge;
- Ability to influence people behavior;
- Very good command of the English language (written and oral);
- Good knowledge in MS Office;
- Hold a valid driving license for the KSA.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in a company or high risk industry in a relevant position or 15 years of experience (in the case of technical education);
- Application of Safety Management Systems with a focus on risk management techniques and methods;
- Experience in the development of audit/ inspection programs;
- Preferably auditing and inspection experience in a similar domain
TRAINING
- OHSAS auditor/ lead auditor
- ISO9001 lead auditor
