Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Manpower Administrator - AF Engineering - Makkah

- Maintains filing, records and documentation of all employees on the sites like site passes and licenses etc.
- Review time sheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
- Process paperwork and forward the new employee joining documents for system update.
- Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.
- Compute wages and deductions, and enter data into computers.
- Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records.
- Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants.
- Prepare employee related insurance claim forms or related documents and review them for completeness, follow-up with relevant authorities or internal stakeholders.

Requirements

- Bachelor degree in business management or psychology
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Organization skills
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in HR operations at construction site out of which 2 years in a similar role on a large-scale construction projects like Airport, 5 Stars Hotel, Stadium etc.
