Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Job description / Role

The Marketing & Communications Coordinator will support the Marketing & Communications team and liaise with LVSA colleges to communicate the organization’s marketing message.

Essential Job Functions include:
- Systematic review of the company’s marketing strategy, development of marketing campaigns, content, and artwork to both complement and support our existing communication efforts.
- Work with colleges’ counterparts in order to ensure the social media activities are in line with the corporate and individual colleges’ communication strategy.
- Work with college counterparts in order to ensure that social media input from students, prospective students and the public is appropriately responded.
- Support social media channel owners within the organization to implement 'best practices' through effective use of social media channels (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Assist in the development of brochures, flyers and other marketing material.
- Design artworks in line with the LVSA branding guidelines.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Advertising, Marketing or related field.
- Graphic design knowledge is a plus.
- Copywriting and translation skills is a plus
- Knowledge of social media platform
- Creative and dynamic
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both in written and oral form in both English and Arabic.
