Employment: Full Time

Job Purpose

This position exists to identify and implement marketing plans efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.

Key Accountability Areas
- Contribute to preparation, implementation of marketing strategic/ operational plans, budgets & adequate strategies to achieve agreed upon goals & objectives
- Collaborate in highlighting a synergetic approach among all business units through timely proper marketing communication to all targeted groups
- Monitor the achievements & deviations through the marketing plans & provide progress reports regularly to top management on any type of corrective & preventive actions
- Maintain integrated marketing systems documentation & continuous improvement of these systems through maximizing the benefits of having strong management information system applications.
- Contribute to building capacities of the marketing team regarding professional & technical knowledge & best practices
- Conduct regular research & analysis & advising management with findings to capitalize on marketing opportunities.
- Maintaining professional & technical knowledge related to business best practices

- Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance:
- Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety and Environment:
- Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.

Academic Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
