Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Objectives: A leading group of company is now looking for a Marketing Manager.

Company mainly into the following areas:
* Construction & Engineering
* Facility Management
* Landscaping & Interior Design
* Hospitality & Catering

Main responsibilities:
* Responsible for managing marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
* Prepare marketing strategies and plan marketing & branding objectives.
* Expand product solutions and offerings.
* Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
* Prepare and adhere to budgets.
* Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
* Design print ads and publications.
* Ensure brand messages are consistent.
* Gather and analyze customer insight.
* Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share.
* Engage consumers on social media.
* Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization.
* Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms.
* Take calculated risks based on data-driven analytics.
* Drive overall CRM and direct marketing.
* Engage other organizations within the community.
* Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.
* Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader.

Working Hours: Sundays to Thursdays & Half day on Saturdays

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably with a concentration in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications.
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing including managing a team of associates.
* Entertainment industry knowledge preferred.
* Excellent overall English communication skills,Arabic speaker preferred
* Experience working with multinational & big group of company
* Ability to work well with other employees, senior management, clients, general public, vendors and outside agencies.
* Strong organization skills, detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple people and production schedules efficiently.
* Creative thinker and collaborator.
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities while remaining professional under pressure.
* Must be a highly motivated self-starter and possess a high level of professional integrity
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including latest versions of Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat Pro a must.
