Job description / Role
- Establish the marketing division at HQ which serve well Hearing, Pharmaceutical and Optics BU’s.
- Assist with implementation of the marketing strategy with specific objectives and targets as agreed.
- Manage and maintain positive Public relationships with suppliers and media partners.
- Handle the overall marketing objectives of company both externally and internally.
- Take responsibility for planning campaigns subject to the Marketing.
- Develop promotional opportunities and ideas from beginning of the job order throughout the delivery.
- Provide management with comprehensive Reports on marketing campaigns.
- Ensure company management guidelines, policies are followed, handle and supervise the general appearance of each branch (Selling Center).
- Identify, develop, evaluate marketing strategy, arranging agreements with the suppliers based on the requirement of Al Madina objectives, market characteristics, cost and markup factors.
- Initiate market research studies, analyze the findings, suggest the alternative solution to enhance and achieve sales target.
- Participating in the development and implementation of new Marketing procedures and policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Public Relation.
- Professional certificate is a plus.
- Must have experience at Health Care Sectors.
- Data Analysis.
- Marketing Guideline and Principles.
- Strong Planning & forecasting skills
- Strong work ethics.
- Professional computer skills.
- Maximum Age is 38 years
- Ability to evaluate and improve existing processes and practices.
- Ability to persuade others to change their minds or behavior, and to be aware of others' reactions and understanding.
