alfanar Construction is classified as a Grade I contractor by the Contractors Classification Committee of the Government of Saudi Arabia.

alfanar Building Systems manufactures and markets a variety of building construction products and systems. .

The core manufacturing activities of the industries operating under alfanar Building Systems are:
- Façade cladding, glazing systems and architectural aluminum products
- Precast concrete products and architectural elements
- Real Estate development

Key Accountability Areas
- Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.
- Preparing/arrange the drawings approval , materials submittals and follow up with project consultant up to get the approval within project budget.
- Follow up with Purchase Department and Suppliers for requirement material
- Coordinate and apply the requirements of the other disciplines ( Structural, MEP , Site )
- Developing and presenting project proposals.
- Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.

Requirements

Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Architectural,
- Minimum 8 years of experience on consulting office/projects
- high qualified on Revit, CAD , 3D Max, Office Programs
- Must be abreast with MS office applications.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Familiar on market of building Materials ( Tiles, Paint, Doors,....etc)
- Ownership attitude when interfacing and coordinating with other business functions.
- Strong critical thinking, oral and written communication skills
- Able to prioritize tasks and to manage workloads in an effective manner with minimal direct supervision and flexibility in managing multiple and diverse tasks.
