Job description / Role
Manage the construction of the Mechanical, Electrical / ELV / BMS, Plumbing, Fire protection, and MEP procurement works undertaken by package Owner’s/Employer’s team, Contractors, sub-contractors, in terms of proactively managing the key project content, coordination, and milestones including, planning, engineering, construction, commissioning and handover under limited supervision. Problem resolution and interface with other departments in the Construction Management Team.
Requirements
Successful candidate must have cold storage / refrigeration experience. Due to COVID-19 candidates based in KSA with transferable Iqama can be considered.
Engineering, Procurement and Construction, Testing and Commissioning of MEP works. Refrigeration Systems, LV & HV Electrical Switch Gears & Low Current / BMS Systems, Fire Fighting / Fire Alarm Systems including associated Plumbing & Drainage requirements. Knowledge of Infrastructure services coordination. Experienced on liasoning / Approval follow up with authorities having jurisdiction. Market Knowledge on vendors and suppliers and sound commercial and negotiation skills desired. Should have work / project related knowledge on NFPA, CIBSE, ASHRAE, applicable International Electrical Codes.
