Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Client is a leading joint venture organisation working on the construction of a major section of the Riyadh Metro project. They are currently looking to recruit an MEP manager to be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of the MEP works as well as managing all aspects of estimating, scheduling, progress measurement, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost studies, safety and proposal preparation.

The role will include;
- Lead and mentor a team of mechanical and electrical engineers.
- Responsibility for the overall plan, design, engineering, coordination, implementation of MEP services.
- Coordinate the MEP design and execution between the design office and the contractors/subcontractors.
- Provide planning input for the MEP works.
- Document project progress.
- Oversee HSE implementation by the subcontractors.
- Implement QA QC procedures.

Requirements

Candidates will preferably have a degree, diploma or b.Tech in mechanical or electrical engineering and should have at least 10 years of proven experience in the construction industry as a MEP specialist.

Candidates must have experience as a MEP Manager on large construction projects and will preferably have experience working on rail, metro or large infrastructure schemes.
