Job description / Role
Experienced MEP Project Manager required for a High Rise Project in Saudi Arabia. With a minimum of five years experience working on 40storey + projects in the GCC, which you have been involved in from day one on site to handover, you will also ideally be degree qualified.

The Role
- Project managing a large MEP project
- Managing a culturally diverse team
- Representing the company on site with the client
- Delivering all complex MEP systems
- Supervising installation
- Programming and scheduling the works
- Liaising with the client and attending meetings
Requirements
- Experienced MEP Project Manager - fifteen years
- Degree Qualified in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Previous GCC experience
- Systems and process driven
- Client facing with excellent communication skills
- Five years experience working on high rise projects
- Refurbishment experience as well as D&B
- Experience of working on ‘live’ sites with restricted access
- Able to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Committed, safety conscious and adaptable
