Job description / Role

Duties and Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to;
- Partner with the HR team to understand and forecast the volume and schedule of Selected candidates to mobilize and make necessary arrangements for the same
- Promptly follow up with agencies on Medicals and Visa Stamping.
- Prepare and send the PTA as and when required after approval from supervisor.
- Coordinate with Transportation for airport pickups
- Arrange temporary accommodation for new arrivals.
- Prepare Employment contract.
- Arrange for In-kingdom medicals for visa processing.
- Conduct an induction program for new arrivals.
- Print and hand over temporary Iqama.
- Prepare temporary id if required by the client for Job Site.
- Final deployment from temporary accommodation to job Site.
- Manage special projects as assigned.
- Perform all other tasks as reasonably required from management from time to time.

Requirements

To facilitate the process of getting the resource from home country to work in KSA. Includes all aspects of visa processing follow -up right up to final deployment to jobsite within the required role for the candidates

About the Company

Afras was set up in 1976 to compete for building, and hospital operation and maintenance contracts in the central region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Since then, we’ve expanded to cover a range of business areas, including hospitality, security, pest control, housekeeping and cleaning, and landscaping and commercial gardening.

Not only are we highly regarded by our clients, we also enjoy classification grades in nine areas from the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs’ Contractors Classification Agency. For example we hold Grade 1 classification in both the Maintenance of Buildings and the Maintenance of Medical Centers.

We’ve also expanded into other regions: starting with a further branch in the western region in Jeddah, we then opened offices in Dammam, Taif, and most recently Makkah. Our plan is to open further Afras branches to improve our service throughout the Kingdom.
