Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Manage the National Sales Team for Chemicals and consumable business, achieve assigned targets for sales and receivables, manage critical supplier expectations and relationships.
- Responsible for obtaining assigned results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development for the assigned territory of KSA.
- Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
- Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization’s presence throughout KSA.
- Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on realistic forecasts for each territory based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort.
- Responsible for the planning, recruitment, direction, organization and control of sales managers and sales representatives to accomplish specific objectives

Requirements

- Preferably BSc. Engg. Cehmical or Masters in Chemistry/ Physics/ Bio related faculties or Business Administration.

Experience:
- Minimum 10 years in sales.
- Minimum 5 years in sales team management
- Ideally max. experience in Chemicals, Laboratory instruments and consumables, Pharmaceuticals, Paints, lubricants and other related industry
