Job description / Role
EMR is a foremost emerging markets provider of recruitment solutions specialised in most industrial segments and key functions. Our health care practice is currently representing a global MNC (Multinational) medical device company, one of the largest independent renal care providers with a presence in over 20 countries, with a long standing history in research and development in this segment.
Our client is in need of Nephrology Head Nurses to be part of a growing team of renal care professionals in the GCC region – candidates may suggest their preferred location – and will expect a compensation package of up to 3,500 USD.
As a Nephrology Head Nurse, the candidate will be dedicated in:
- Scheduling nursing staff to specific shifts and supervising nursing staff assigned to a particular shift
- Assigning patients to available nursing staff
- Measuring staff performance and assisting in the training of new staff members and in the development of existing staff members
- Auditing inventory levels
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- At least 3 years’ experience as Head Nurse or a similar role
- Work experience in a nephrology unit / department preferred
- Good English Communication Skills
