Network Security

Job description / Role

Provide technical support on Network through Lev1 - Lev 3 stage including monitoring and trouble shooting. Actively respond to technical issues and guarantee resolution within agreed SLA time following ITIL service management process.

Main work scope and requirements are as below:
- Analyze the Data Network demand, assess Data Network risk, and provide/implement solution and/or advice to mitigate risk.
- Maintain and monitor Data Network systems, such as data flow, network performance, etc. Optimize and enhance the Data Network service level.
- Working closely with related teams, to ensure company Data Network service work well.
- Review and record day to day Data Network application.
- Manage related project to achieve the aligned targets.
- Data Network tools test, evaluation and report.

Requirements

- Great experience with complex WAN/LAN configuration, management, maintenance and troubleshooting, and good ability of network planning.
- Knowledge on main CISCO products is a must. Familiar with network devices, and the operation and maintenance of CISCO switches, routers, wireless AP, firewall, etc.
- Familiar with network security products and network security technologies, such as firewalls, IDS, anti-virus, and vulnerability assessment tools
