Job Title: Systems/Network Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems/Network Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the engineering, deployment, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of all IT, Audio Visual, CCTV, Access Control Systems, Data Base, NOC and SOC, LAN/WAN, for an educational institution, IT company and production facility. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in networking, system administration, and IT infrastructure management.

Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain IT, Audio Visual, CCTV, Access Control Systems, Data Base, NOC and SOC, LAN/WAN infrastructure for an educational institution, IT company and production facility.
• Perform network architecture and design, including layout, configuration, and optimization of network infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network equipment.
• Manage and maintain IT, Audio Visual, CCTV, Access Control Systems, Data Base, NOC and SOC, LAN/WAN security, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal network performance.
• Plan, design, and implement network upgrades and improvements.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure effective and efficient IT operations.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on IT, Audio Visual, CCTV, Access Control Systems, Data Base, NOC and SOC, LAN/WAN systems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams, configuration files, and user manuals.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices in IT, Audio Visual, CCTV, Access Control Systems, Data Base, NOC and SOC, LAN/WAN engineering.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Transferable iqama and registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• At least 5 years of relevant hands on experience in IT, Audio Visual, CCTV, Access Control Systems, Data Base, NOC and SOC, LAN/WAN engineering.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs.
• Experience with network architecture and design, including layout, configuration, and optimization of network infrastructure.
• Familiarity with network security protocols and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
• Knowledge of Audio Visual, CCTV, Access Control Systems, Data Base, NOC and SOC, LAN/WAN systems is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and its application in educational institutions, Data Centers, and production facility.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
