Information Security Officer

Job description / Role

A reputable financial services and investment company based in Riyadh is looking for an Information Security Officer to run the day-to-day risk identification in information security across the business and monitoring protocols with the Head of Risk Management.

Reporting into the Senior Risk Manager, he/she will be responsible for providing adequate business application protection and monitoring as well as resolving any CMA, Tadawul and regulatory inspection observations.

Responsibilities will include:
• Managing the network security, the implementation of firewalls, virus protections and monitoring/reviewing physical security of hardware
• Run penetration tests and maintain appropriate security mechanism to guard against unauthorized access and security breaches
• Troubleshoot and prioritize needs, requirements and other issues.
• Monitor MIS and report irregularities to Head of Risk
• Conduct functionality and gap analysis to key business areas and infrastructure

Requirements

• 5+ years of Information security experience in the Saudi market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Engineering
• Excellent communications skills and leadership skills
• Priority will be given to Saudi nationals
