Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Admin related coordination with associates/vendors/suppliers.
- Updating/tracking accommodation database.
- Arranging hotel reservations/transportation logistics.
- Maintaining & verifying invoice database.
- Occasional trips to other project locations (like Dammam/Jeddah etc.).
- Procurement coordination.
- Preparing letters.
- Meeting arrangements.
- Document control.

Requirements

- Bachelor's in Business Administration
- 2 + years of experience as office administration or administration specialist

Specialist knowledge:
- Procurement coordination.
- Preparing letters.
- Meeting arrangements.
- Arranging hotel reservations/transportation logistics

Soft Skills and Personality traits:
- Good Communication Skills.
