Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client, a leading HR Consultancy is looking for an Office Manager for their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

- Performs office support functions for the Office Administration Unit: composes and processes standard documents and correspondence, makes travel arrangements, performing data entry, and establishing and maintaining records.
- Dairy management, organization, scheduling and planning meetings and driver arrangements.
- Organizing flights, accommodation and hotel requirements
- Distributing and monitoring stock levels for office supplies and office equipment
- Coordinate meetings and make arrangements for conferences, meetings and events.
- Maintain records and organises filing and archive system and preserves confidentiality of records and information.
- Support daily HR operations such as updating vacancy lists, recruitment pipeline and overseeing the on boarding process
- Maintain local personnel files and associated legal documents.
- Assisting with the induction of new employees to the company
- Preparing documents for new starters and leavers
- Performs bookkeeping functions, which involves simple billing and cash receipt activities related to corporate office support services
- Manage Invoicing and financial recording
- Assist with the visa process, work permits, liaison with labour and immigration department.
- Organizing visas for all other countries as and when required

Requirements

- Minimum 4 – 5 years of experience in a similar role, consulting or professional service industry preferred
- Female Saudi national with excellent command of English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated the ability to work with service areas, consultants, and clients.
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to multitask and to prioritize multiple projects and adjust workload accordingly.
- Demonstrated problem solving capabilities.
