Job description / Role
Client is currently seeking an Arabic / English speaking on-site Unified Contact Center IVR and CTI programmer to join their team based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
You will provide services in the form of technical advice and guidance to the client’s customer in respect to its network activities related to the project.
The advice and guidance may include assisting the client’s customer in respect of the following: On-Site Unified Contact Center (UCC) There are no predefined deliverables associated with these Services.
Responsibilities:
- Creating VXML Application / developing custom integrations with the backend systems
- Create custom reporting as per customer requirements
- Developing or Modifying Custom Desktop interface
Requirements
- Strong background in Programming languages (Java, C++, .Net)
- Experienced with using and creating Crystal Reports
- Good Experience of using CUIC Reporting software
- Strong background in SQL/Informix Database
- Experience with using CVP Studio and VXML Programming.
- Experience with CTI Programming and Cisco Finesse
Please Note:
- This is NOT a senior role.
- There could be up-to 20% travel
