Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Support the X number of Applications as primary (Mainly Open2).
• Support X number of Applications as Secondary (Mainly systems related to Open2).
• Troubleshoot and debug the reported issues
• Advise the reported user about the progress.
• Troubleshoot and debug the reported issues
• Advise the reported user about the progress.
• Applying fixes.
• Escalating issues to the next level and/or vendor if needed.
• DR switching activities
• Comply with policies and procedures.
• Security, Operational Risk, Audit Findings
• Work hard towards the agreed KPI.

Requirements

• Open2 support, experienced in SQL and problem solving.
• Resourcefulness, troubleshooting, and problem-solving aptitude
• Investigation and diagnostic skills
• A proactive approach
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
