Employment: Full Time

Operation Manager get exposed to the daily operation tasks that involve research, data analysis, project management, setting presentation & reports and Improving Sales rate.

- Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
- Make sure that the Pharmaceutical BU is running as well as it possibly can, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of our customers and clients.
- Review financial statements and data, utilize financial data to improve profitability, prepare and control operational budgets, control inventory, Plan effective strategies for the financial well-being of Pharmaceutical BU.
- Improve processes and policies in support of business unit goals, formulate and implement Al Madina policies and procedures to maximize output, monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
- Coordinate and monitor the work of all the pharmacies, warehousing, pricing and distribution of goods, monitor performance and implement improvements, ensure quality of products. Provide technical support where and when is necessary.
- Liaison with the General Manager to assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans.
- Determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
- Develop long-range forecasts and maintain long-range financial plan.
- Recommend locations for new facilities and expansion of new pharmacies with a target to achieve 20 pharmacies by the end of 2016 and 50 by the end of 2017, oversee the remodeling of current branches.
- Determine goods and services to be sold, and set prices and credit terms, based on forecasts of market demand.
- Locate, select, and procure goods and material for resale, develop and implement product marketing strategies including advertising campaigns and sales promotions.
- Oversee monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of organization's financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals. Oversee short and long-term financial and managerial reporting.
- Prepare annual audit for all the warehouses and pharmacies.
- Arranging a plan for the required staff along with their training orientation in coordination with Recruitment and OD Manager.
