Job description / Role
Our Client is part of a multi faceted group with 4 distinct SBU's.
One of their SBU's is involved in the retail industry and operates a chain of clothing outlets that offer clothing and accessories for children and adults. They operate a smaller number of very large stores, often as large as 17,000 square metres.
They are looking to recruit an operations manager who will :
- Monitor the branch managers performance.
- Conduct random visits to branches on weekly basis (every week one branch).
- Improve the employees performance.
- Follow up with the income and compare it with the target for each branch, and do incentive schemes for the staff, in order to encourage the employees.
- Report on weekly basis to the management regarding the performance in the branch.
- Do analysis to the products in every branch on monthly basis.
- Do a check list for the branches for (staff uniform – rules – time utilization for employees).
Requirements
- Bachelor degree minimum in the fields of (sales – marketing – business administration)
- Experience 7 years minimum in the same field.
- Age no more than 40 years old.
Salary range:
SAR 18,000.00 up to SAR 25,000.00
