Job description / Role
Roles and responsibilities including reviewing the site progress, financial output (PNL), liaising with Client and Engineer, resolving technical issues, identifying commercial issues such as Claims, Extension of time, Variations, coordinating with Commercial Manager, assigning resources (staff, manpower, Plant & equipment etc), identifying potential risk areas during execution, ensuring full compliance with HSE and QA / QC standards and company policies. Also identifying potential shortages in staff and manpower and addressing them through examination of candidates.
Requirements
Comfortable working with people of all levels and having excellent commercial approach to solving problems and developing business processes. Having proven people management skills, with the ability to manage performance and motivate staff on an individual and team level. Looking for a new and challenging managerial position.
