Role Summary:

The Analysis & Integrity function is a key element to PPS and must work seamlessly with other functions of PPS and with our external clients. It is responsible for the routine production of accurate and reliable inspection reports delivered to global clients, which are integral to the safe operation of oil and gas pipelines.

Essential Responsibilities:

The Operational Support role is expected to support this routine delivery where required, as a specialist or a team leader does, but the role is specifically designed to be responsible for the non-routine issues that occur in day-to-day operations.

The post holder will be a confident and experienced analyst responsible for supporting the regional AI manager in a wide range of issues, including routine analysis, specialist services, client feedback, client complaints, RCA's, client support, training and management reporting.

- To perform analysis of BHGE inspection data and deliver ILI and IE reports.
- To train and mentor analysts in the analysis of BHGE inspection data and the delivery of ILI reports.
- To deliver report presentations to clients, soliciting feedback and exploring Integrity upsell opportunities.
- To support clients with post-report delivery queries and complaints. This activity may also include in-field support.
- To support Project Managers in the development and understanding of reporting requirements.
- To close out, or to facilitate the close out of, client feedback in a timely manner and to own tracking and delivery of this to the client.
- To engage internal support to deliver timely service to the client in respect of both production ILI/IE reports and client feedback.
- To provide support to the Regional Manager to identify and resolve production problems early engaging with Team Leaders, Specialists and Analysts as necessary
- To provide support to the commercial team as needed.
- To support the Regional Manager to engage and communicate report status and issues to the Operations and Finance teams.
- To perform data quality checks on reports and perform post-report quality audits for feedback to the Analysis Technical leader and support staff.
- To give guidance and support on technical issues to the analysis and operations team.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Educated to high school level with science and/or mathematics content
- Detailed, analytical, process orientated approach
- Ability to drive issues to a robust closure in a timely manner
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills
- Strong analytical/experimental/statistical ski

Desired Characteristics:

- Certified at least Level 2 PQ-2005 discipline
