Job description / Role
A large business based in Saudi Arabia is looking for a western best practice, Organisational Design Consultant to support projects within the OD team.
You will lead strategic planning for policies, procedures and change management in areas such as compensation & benefits, payscales, manpower planning and organisation structure.
Requirements
This is a newly created position and requires someone with WESTERN best practice e.g has worked extensively in UK, US or Europe. Candidates without western experience will not be considered.
This is a Consultant role so candidates should have a consultancy background and have experience leading Organisational Development intiatives.
Excellent salary on offer plus benefits. Relocation allowance will be considered for candidates wishing to relocate to KSA.
