Job description / Role
Responsibilities
- Analyzing and evaluating the various processes within the company to identify strengths and weaknesses and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and improve strategies and plans to improve the agency's performance on identified needs and objectives a Build the strategy
- Analyzing data to evaluate the company's performance in terms of the efficiency of the components of the operational structure
- Provide training and workshops for employees to raise awareness of the importance of institutional excellence and enhance the required skills
- Cooperate with various departments within the Secretariat to achieve improvements and exchange ideas and experiences
- Preparing periodic performance reports showing the progress of strategic indicators, improvement plans, and future recommendations.
- Follow up on trends and developments in the field of institutional excellence and apply new best practices
- Follow up on existing challenges at the company level and develop proposed solutions
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance and address areas of non-conformity
- Proposing corrective actions to deal with cases of non-conformity and tracking their implementation
- Conducting periodic surveys and submitting reports according to the institutional excellence management framework
Requirements
Qualifications:
- From 3 to 6 Years of experience.
- Quality Management
