Organizational Development Director

Job description / Role

The leading FMCG Organization in KSA, Jeddah is currently looking for the Organization Development Director to drive the change in the business. This role would involve implementing strong operational and strategic change to the business.

The ideal candidate would currently be in the same role within a large leading firm.

Key skills:
- Minimum 15 years of solid HR experience
- Change management
- Managerial skills
- Multinational background will be an advantage

Requirements

- Experience in change implementation, restructuring, organization design
- Solid knowledge of Saudi Labor Law
- Min Bachelor degree, CIPD other relevant qualifications would be an advantage
- Experience in GCC, ME region
- Experience in Performance Management
- HPO
