Job description / Role
Packet core Support engineer: Below point need to require for PCN support as per my knowledge.
Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Customer request handling ( Means CSR, low, medium high and also Emergency)
- Software upgrade and update
- Develop and maintain relationships with MS and customer
Requirements
Packet Core Competencies:
- Working knowledge of Ericsson SGSN, SGSN-MME equipment.
- Working knowledge of Ericsson GGSN, EPG equipment.
- Working knowledge of TSP PCRF equipment.
- Working knowledge of Solaris and linux OS.
- Knowledge of VoLTE and VoWIFI
- Plan implement and optimize Packet Core Data network infrastructure
