Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- To oversee and manage all sales activity with our Vendors and Partners in the Western KSA region.
- To drive new business from Reseller partners and new end users across the whole company's products range with a focus on Unify & Extreme Networks.
- Develop and implement an annual sales plan in conjunction with all sales departments to push all product lines. This should detail the yearly activity to meet the company objectives for promoting the companies portfolio to the right sales channel.
- Achieve both the quarterly and annual sales goals as detailed in the annual compensation plan.
- Contribute to the development of our marketing and business development areas to ensure that sales efforts are aligned with the company goals.
- Identify a range of new reseller partners
- Visit and educate the Channel Partners in Sales, Technical & Operational areas.
- Marketing of the companies portfolio to the right sales channel.
- Represent our company in a professional manner at all times, observing decent standards of dress and behavior on all occasions.

Requirements

- Knowledge of Networking & Unified Communications solutions, particularly those offered by Unify & Extreme Networks.
- Fluency in spoken Arabic. Preferably based in Saudi Arabia.
- Must be highly articulate with strong communication, listening and influencing skills, and the ability to interact with senior level contacts within major businesses.
- Ability to articulate business relevance of product information to support the sales cycle.
- Must be able to network effectively within the industry.
- Adept negotiator who can build long term relationships and business value to our customers, with a proven track record of achievement at the enterprise and channel level.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Must be a team player – ability to interact with both the direct and indirect teams both within our company and our channel partners.
- Solid judgment and decision making capability.
- Driven with focus and with good planning skills.
- Strong customer centric approach.
- Results driven with win/win attitude and high energy levels.
- Integrity and Trust in all business dealings.
- Channel and/ or Distribution Account experience and a thorough understanding of the Channel model and IT market business.
- A strong and proven Sales track record within Distribution or Channel.
- Proven ability to adapt and learn (i.e. gain product and marketing knowledge).
