Job description / Role
Peak Performance & Systems Manager (Construction) – Saudi Arabia
Linum Consult’s client is a major construction consultancy, well-established in the Middle East. They are currently seeking a Peak Performance & Systems Manager for a mega scale construction project in Saudi Arabia.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Developing and implementing the Project systems and tools
• Organising and coordinating regular value-adding activities by liaising with the technical team, mentoring senior staff, and reviewing team members and stakeholders
• Ensuring the project structure has provided a full Quality team to ensure the deliverables and reports are free of any discrepancies in information
• Ensuring the project structure has provided a Cost Development function and team, to ensure timely coordination Cost Report submissions
• Implementing a consolidated quality review plan and process to minimise unnecessary revisions and eliminate delays
• Eliminating any incomplete, unauthorised or unnecessary submittal revisions
Requirements
• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering from a reputable University
• At least 20 years of experience in the construction industry, with a history of working on mega scale commercial building construction projects, such as mixed use developments, large malls, luxury hotels, or luxury apartments
• Immediate availability or one month’s notice maximum
• Fluent in spoken and written English
